MAKEIT Electrical is currently in development as part of our growing internal trade network, set to launch formally in early 2026.
This division was born from the same principles that drive the MAKEIT Group — clarity, coordination, and quality. Our electrical team already plays a crucial role across our roofing and rectification projects, assisting with safe service disconnections, temporary power setups, and reinstatements during staged works as well as new installations.
By bringing electrical expertise in-house, the MAKEIT team will further strengthen its ability to manage projects seamlessly reducing downtime, improving safety, and maintaining tighter control over scheduling and compliance.
Our goal is simple: to ensure every project, from new installs, replacement, to full-scale remedial work, runs with complete technical oversight and zero guesswork.
Flow, Function, and Performance
MAKEIT Plumbing is the next step in our integrated approach to construction. While the division will be formally established in early 2026, our plumbing network is already deeply embedded in our roofing and remedial operations.
From drainage and stormwater systems to water tapping, excavation and gas works, our plumbers work side by side with our MAKEIT teams to ensure every installation performs exactly as designed.
This integration eliminates the usual coordination gaps between trades allowing MAKEIT to deliver watertight results, cleaner sequencing, and greater cost control for our clients in one place.
When launched, MAKEIT Plumbing will expand to offer full plumbing services all delivered with the same structure, systems, and quality assurance that define the MAKEIT brand.
